After doing what others did in much the same way, day in day out, for decades, we stopped and decided “this is not us, we need to change”.
Our midlife business crisis resulted in us turning our business and its practices on their “head”! Our focus stopped being about volumes and margins or having the most products to choose from. We became a boutique business interested only in the integrity of the products we sell and the results they produce for our clients.
Our purpose became the task of building our reputation around “excellence in; a) customer service, and b) product value, innovation, creativity and ecological credentials” !
We want to, “make not only better products but also to make them more responsibly, of a higher quality, in a way that maximises client spend / outcomes and in line with our client’s outline / strategies”.
